Drop Off/Pick Up Procedures
We request you to come inside and pick-up your child. If your child is inside the building he/she probably is in the cafeteria or the gym, or if your child is outside the building he/she will be on the north (main office) corner of the campus.
Parents/Guardians are responsible for making sure that their child is safely pick up after CLC activities held during out-of-school times.
Students are to leave the site or be picked up by an authorized person by 5:45 PM. If at
6:00 PM, a child has not been picked up, staff will:
1. Question the child as to who is to pick them up
2. Call the parent’s/guardian’s day and evening phone numbers
3. Call the emergency contact numbers provided on the enrollment form
4. Call the CLC Site Supervisor in no contact can be made
5. If contact with parents/guardians can’t be made, the Lincoln Police Department will be called at 5:45 PM.
Staff is to remain with students until each child is picked up. Under no circumstance will staff transport a child to another location to be picked up.
