What Families Need to Know / Drop Off and Pick Up Information
CLC programming is held everyday school is in session. If the schools close early or all day, for any reason, we will not hold the CLC program.
All after school CLC activities will dismiss their students through the lobby doors located just off the parking lot on the south side of the school unless notified otherwise. Students should be dropped off and picked up at this location unless alternative arrangements have been made.
Parents/Guardians are responsible for making sure that their child has arrived safely at activities held during out-of-school times. Parents must sign out their student(s) and check the parent information board for any additional information that pertains to the CLC.
Children will only be released to authorized people as listed on each student’s CLC Enrollment Form. No telephone authorization will be allowed.
Students are to leave the site or be picked up by an authorized
person by 6:00 PM. If at 6:10 PM, a child has not been picked
up, staff will:
1) Question the child as to who is to pick them up
2) Call the parent’s/guardian’s day and evening
phone numbers
3) Call the emergency contact numbers provided on the enrollment
form
4) Call the CLC Site Supervisor in no contact can be made
5) If contact with parents/guardians can’t be made,
the Lincoln Police Department will be called at 6:15 PM.
Staff is to remain with students until each child is picked up. Under no circumstance will staff transport a child to another location to be picked up.
