Enrollment in Programs
- Parents are required to go through the enrollment and
orientation process with CLC site supervisor prior to student’s
enrollment in the Before School, After School or Kinderwrap
programs.
- Students participating in other programs or clubs must
have a completed enrollment form turned in to the site supervisor.
- Payment Procedures apply to students in the Before School,
After School and Kinderwrap programs.
Payment Procedures
- The weekly rate is established and reviewed yearly. Grant
applications are available upon request. There is a scholarship
application form along with enrollment forms under How to
Register/ Forms.
- Child care payments are due on the first day of each week
prior to child care being used. Failure to pay may result
in child care being denied unless special arrangements are
made with the Site Supervisor.
- There will be a slotted lock box at the parent table for
parents to deposit checks or money orders (cash cannot be
accepted).
Absences/Holidays/Non-School Days
- Parents are responsible for paying the full weekly fee
regardless of absences, holidays, or non-school days.
- The center will be closed on the following holidays: New
Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving
Day and the following day, and Christmas Day. If a holiday
falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the center will be closed
on the preceding Friday or the following Monday.
- Registration for care on non-school days for students
enrolled in child care takes place in advance to non-school
days or weeks. Non-school day/week registration forms must
be turned in, along with the non-school day payment by the
date specified on the registration to your site supervisor.
