CLC Programming is held everyday school is in session. If
for any reason the schools close early or all day, we will
not hold the CLC program.
Core Program
Each child is to be escorted into the Multipurpose Room by
a parent or other authorized person.
A parent/authorized escort MUST sign the child in or out
at the time of the child’s arrival or departure. It
is important that one of the teachers acknowledge this arrival
or departure for the sake of the child’s safety.
No child will be released to someone that is not on the authorized
escort list, unless special arrangements are made in writing
or in person prior to pick up. Authorized escorts will be
asked to show a picture I.D. to verify their identity. Please
notify your child’s teacher in advance if an authorized
escort (other than the parent) will be picking up your child.
Students are to leave the site or be picked up by an authorized
person by 5:30 PM. If at 5:40 PM a child has not been picked
up, staff will:
1) Question the child as to who is to pick them up.
2) Call the parent’s/guardian’s day and evening
phone numbers provided on the enrollment form.
3) Call emergency contact numbers provided on the enrollment
form.
4) Call CLC Site Supervisor - if no contact can be made.
5) If contact with parents/guardians can not be made, the
Lincoln Police Department will be called at 5:45PM.
Staff is to remain with students until each child is picked
up. Under no circumstances will staff transport a child to
another location to be picked up.
Enrichment Clubs
All after school CLC Enrichment Clubs will dismiss students
through the main doors located just off 46th Street (on the
west side of the school). Students should be picked up at
this location unless alternative arrangements have been made
by parents.
Children will only be released to the authorized people listed
on each student’s CLC enrollment form. Picture ID will
be verified.
