Enrollment in Programs
Parents are required to go through the CLC enrollment and
Lincoln Parks and Rec. registration prior to their student’s
participation in Huntington’s Before and/or After School
Core Programs.
Students participating in Homework Club or other enrichment
clubs must have a completed CLC enrollment form (returned
to the Huntington CLC) prior to joining in any CLC sponsored
club or activity (CFAS, Summer Camp, etc.).
Payment Procedures
2004-2005 school year Core Program fees are as follows:
Huntington Before School CLC Program (6:45 AM – 8:05
AM) = $67 per child/per session.
Huntington After School CLC Program (Dismissal to 5:30 PM)
= $72 per child/per session.
Multiply Child Discount / Sliding Fee Scale
Base Fee applies to the first child. Each additional child
from the same family is $5.00 off the Base Fee.
To qualify for the Parks and Rec. Sliding Fee scale - Complete
a registration form and a sliding fee form that is available
at all recreation centers, the main Parks and Recreation office,
or the Playground office. Forms must be submitted with proof
of income (recent paycheck stub or tax return). Contact the
Playground Office at 441-7952 to determine an amount you will
pay. Families receiving a sliding fee rate cannot receive
a multiple child discount. PROGRAM IS APPROVED TO ACCEPT TITLE
XX.
Pre-Registration
Payment for first session must accompany completed registration
form. You may register any or all of the sessions now. Indicate
which sessions you want your child to attend. Payment for
later sessions are required BEFORE the first day of each session.

- 6 Jan. 31-Feb. 25 January 28 (Fri)
- 7 Feb. 28-Mar. 24 February 25 (Fri)
- 8 Apr. 4-Apr. 29 April 1 (Fri)
- 9 May 2-June 2 April 29 (Fri)
Register Early! We reserve the right to limit the
number of registrations.

Absences/Holidays/Non-School Days
Parents are responsible for paying the full session fee regardless
of absences, holidays, or non-school days.
The CLC will be closed on the following holidays: New Years
Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and the day following
Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Currently the Huntington
CLC is closed for non-school days, and child care is available
at other child care sites.
