Willard Community Center (1245 S. Folsom) is Lakeview Community Learning Center's main service provider. In cases regarding billing or financial questions, please call Willard Community Center at 475-0805, or Ryan Mohling, CLC Site Supervisor.

• There is a $10.00 non-refundable, Willard membership fee due at the time of registration and annually in January.
• Before & After School and Kindergarten Kid’s Club Child Care payments are due during the month for which child care has been provided. Failure to pay in full by the second week of the following month, will result in child care being denied unless special arrangements are made with the Child Care Director. Unpaid accounts, plus any interest accrued, will be turned over to a collection agency.
• Checks or money orders for payment need to be made out to “Willard Community Center”. Cash cannot be accepted.

Holidays and Absences

• Parents are responsible for paying their full school-year monthly fee regardless of holidays or illness. Willard is closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the following day, and Christmas Day. In the event that the holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the Center will be closed on the proceeding Friday or the following Monday.
• In the event of inclement weather/natural disaster, listen to the radio or watch TV for the news of school closings. WE CLOSE WHEN LINCOLN PUBLIC SCHOOLS CLOSE.
  

Lakeview Community Learning Center Before & After-School Program & Kindergarten Kids Club.

The CLC Before- & After-school Program is designed to provide developmentally appropriate hands-on activities and opportunities in a social environment. This program is offered to students in grades K-5. It will be held before and after the normal school day from 6:30-9 am and 3:38-6 pm. The After-school Program will include a nutritious snack, homework time, and enriching activities.

Kindergarten Kids Club is a program designed to provide phonics based educational enrichment activities taught by a certified elementary teacher for children in kindergarten. This program will be offered to those going into kindergarten the 2004-2005 school year. It will be held 9 am – 12 pm just prior to the normal kindergarten day. Before & after-school program services are complementary for those students enrolled in Kindergarten Kids Club.

Note: A Lakeview CLC Enrollment Form must be completed and turned in along with this registration form.
The CLC program is approved to accept Title XX.
