What Families Need to Know / Drop Off - Pick Up Info

Drop Off/Pick Up Procedures
We require you to come inside and pick-up your child. There is a sign in cafeteria window that will say either “In” or “Out.” In means that we are inside the building, probably in the cafeteria or the gym, and Out means that we are outside in the northeast corner of campus.

Parents/Guardians are responsible for making sure that their child has arrived safely at activities held during out-of-school times.

Students are to leave the site or be picked up by an authorized person by 5:30 PM. If at
5:40 PM, a child has not been picked up, staff will:
1) Question the child as to who is to pick them up
2) Call the parent’s/guardian’s day and evening phone numbers
3) Call the emergency contact numbers provided on the enrollment form
4) Call the CLC Site Supervisor in no contact can be made
5) If contact with parents/guardians can’t be made, the Lincoln Police Department will be called at 5:45 PM.

Staff is to remain with students until each child is picked up. Under no circumstance will staff transport a child to another location to be picked up.
