Enrollment in Programs
- Families are required complete and turn in enrollment forms for each student they would like to enroll prior to student’s participation in any Mickle Community Learning Center program or service.
- Supplemental paperwork may be required by community partner organizations.
- If there is a fee to a particular program or service, the fee must be paid before the enrollment papers will be processed.
- Rates are listed on the supplemental enrollment form
- Families may apply for financial assistance through the YMCA’s personal pricing program.
Payment Procedures
- The monthly rate is established and reviewed yearly. Financial assistance applications are available upon request. There is a financial assistance application form along with enrollment forms under How to Register / Forms.
- Enrollments without payment will not be processed.
- Payment can be made in advance by cash, check, Visa, or MasterCard for the sessions you wish to register for, or:
- Payment can be made by direct draft at the beginning of the month from a checking/savings/Visa, or MasterCard.
Absences/Holidays/Non-School Days
- Families are responsible for paying the full quarterly fee regardless of absences, holidays, or non-school days.
- The center will be closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the following day, and Christmas Day. If a holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the center will be closed on the preceding Friday or the following Monday.
