Enrollment in Programs
Parents are required to go through the CLC enrollment and
orientation process with Riley CLC personnel (CLC Site Supervisor
or Lead Teacher) prior to their student’s participation
in the Riley Ram Club Before and/or After School programs.
Students participating in Study Club or other enrichment
clubs must have a completed CLC enrollment form returned to
the Riley CLC prior to participation in any CLC sponsored
club or activity (CFAS, Summer Camp, etc.).
Payment for Ram Club or other enrichment clubs that charge
a fee is expected prior to participation.
Payment Procedures
Riley Ram Club fees for the 2004 – 2005 school year
are as follows:
Each 3 week session will have a $60.00 fee. Included in
this fee is participation
in the before and after school Ram Club, as well as priority
access to all other
enrichment clubs.
When there are additional openings in the Tuesday/Thursday
enrichment clubs,
these spots will be made available to children not enrolled
in Ram Club. There
will be a $5.00 per week charge for students who join these
clubs (that are not in
the Riley Ram Club).
Dates for the 2nd Semester Riley Ram Club are as follows:
Jan. 24 – Feb. 11 - $50.00 fee due prior to Jan. 24
Feb. 14 – Mar. 4 - $50.00 fee due prior to Feb.14
Mar. 7 – Mar.24 - $50.00 fee due prior to Mar. 7
Apr. 4 – Apr. 22 - $50.00 fee due prior to Apr. 4
Apr. 25- May 13 - $50.00 fee due prior to Apr.25
May 16 – Jun. 3 - $50.00 fee due prior to May 16
Ram Club payments may be made in the CLC room. There is
a slotted lock box
at the Parent Table for parents to deposit checks or money
orders (cash cannot be
accepted). Failure to pay may result in a child being denied
care in the Riley Ram
Club unless special arrangements are made with the CLC Site
Supervisor.
Enrichment club fees (non Ram Club students) are due prior
to the club’s initial
meeting date, and should be made out to Family Service. All
checks/money
orders should be submitted to the CLC Site Supervisor.
Absences/Holidays/Non-School Days
Parents are responsible for paying the full session fee
regardless of absences,
holidays, or non-school days.
The CLC will be closed on the following holidays: New Year’s
Day, Memorial
Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and the day following Thanksgiving,
and
Christmas Day. Currently the Riley CLC is closed for non-school
days, and
child care is available at other Family Service child care
sites. If a holiday falls
on a Saturday or Sunday, the center will be closed on the
preceding Friday or the
following Monday. The Riley CLC is not offering an on site
summer day camp,
but partners with the Huntington CLC to provide a summer day
camp. Other
Family Service sites offer summer child care programs for
Riley students. Call
the CLC Site Supervisor if you need further information regarding
any summer
programs.
Registration for care on non-school days for students enrolled
in the Riley Ram
Club takes place in advance of non-school days or weeks. Non-school
day/week
registration forms must be turned in, (along with non-school
day payment) by the
date specified on the registration forms available from the
CLC Site Supervisor
or Ram Club Lead Teacher.
